Thank you for the quick reply. How do I know which external IP address is right. I got 2 different address from myIPaddress with & without phone router. 24.78.136.243 and 24.78.147.173. Is my configuration right? ServerName 24.78.147.173:80

It's a limitation of many home routers that you can't use your
externally routable IP address from within the LAN.
