-didn't read all-; but you can compare it with a regEx internal backreference.

RewriteBase /stats
RewriteCond %{REMOTE_USER}<>$1 !^([^<]+)<>\1
RewriteRule ^/clientes/(.*) /stats/%{REMOTE_USER}/stats/http/$1 [L]
