apache tuning

Hi all,
 
is there any way to tune apache parameters for prefork or worker modules?

 StartServers 5
 MinSpareServers 5
 MaxSpareServers 10
 MaxClients 150
 MaxRequestsPerChild 0
</IfModule>
 
<IfModule mpm_worker_module>
 StartServers 2
 MaxClients 150
 MinSpareThreads 25
 MaxSpareThreads 75
 ThreadsPerChild 25
 MaxRequestsPerChild 0
</IfModule>
 
and is there any relation between the setting of these modules and the setting of the following:
 
mpm_beos_module
mpm_netware_module
mpm_mpmt_os2_module
