403 error from apache 2.2

Hey there,

I have installed the source tarball on my fedora 10 pc with the following configure --prefix=/home/lars/opt --enable-headers --enable-expires --enable-so --with-mpm=prefork

All i get in response is 403!

Where shall I start in the conf file?
