There are plenty.
First, you should have a look at the mod_auth_xxxx modules available in the Apache distribution itself. You have not told us which version you are using, or what exactly you want, but anyway start here, just to make sure you get the basics :

Then go there :

Then, if that still does not statisfy you, you should have a look at the mod_perl modules for AAA, here :
