mod_proxy_balancer and svchost.exe

Hi guys!

Everytime I load mod_proxy_balancer
LoadModule proxy_balancer_module modules/mod_proxy_balancer.so
the svchost.exe process goes to 100% of CPU usage...and remaining always at 100%...

Why??
