I am trying to bypass an error on the JBoss server.  There is an error

their code.  I thought a good short term work around is to have the
WSDLs static on the apache server. This is until we can upgrade or get

Basically then you don't need to rewrite anything. Probably you want to write a small job to fetch the wsdl's off the appserver. You then store the files on your webserver in some directory under your docroot. I'm not sure what you are exactly asking...
