RE: pam_ldap and Apache

Well, we have problems with apache and authnz_ldap and sudden LDAP errors relating to the ldap server not being found (though it works fine when doing an ldap-search). I'm looking for another ldap module or provider to rule out an issue with authnz_ldap

apache should authenticate? What data does apache access that need
authentication?
