I understand your answer but how to properly separate and that vhosts
does not mix

[root@r13151 ~]# apachectl -S
VirtualHost configuration:
87.98.186.232:* is a NameVirtualHost
         default server www.renelacroute.fr
(/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:993)
         port * namevhost www.renelacroute.fr
(/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:993)
         port * namevhost www.fakessh.eu
(/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:1003)
Syntax OK
[root@r13151 ~]#

I do not speak English well and the doc page I do not succeed in
translating

a way to transfer and cancel the default server
