apache return a blank page when used as reverse proxy

I install Apache as reverse proxy for
point from a DMZ server to two intranet server.
For email server all work ok.
The second server (video1) is a linux
server with webcam for a door access control.
With the second server i receive the
logon request ,but after i don't see the page with  images.
I attacch the conf  , access and
error file.
can sombodu tell me if where is a configuration
error?
