Amir,I don't know proxy configurations well enough myself to provide any more help, but here are a few tips for posting on this list :
- try not to post the same message 3 times to the list, or directly to people unless you are specifically asked to do so.
- avoid subjects like "APACHE question".Since this is the official support mailing list for the Apache httpd server, readers here already guess that you have an Apache problem or question. You will get more, and better help if you state clearly in the subject what the issue really is, within Apache httpd.
- also avoid subjects like "HELP !" or "*URGENT*", that kind of thing. It tends to put off people, particularly the CAPITALS, which on mailing lists is considered a bit like screaming in real life.
So maybe re-post your message, with an appropriate subject like "reverse proxy help requested", and describing clearly what you are trying to do, the type of systems you use, the version of Apache you are using on each system, etc.. Generally, the more information you provide about the issue, the better. There are people here who know that subject better than others, so that subject will attract them, and you have a better chance of getting help quickly.
It also helps to read the documentation, when it is available and good, like it usually is for Apache httpd.
For example, this : http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_proxy.htmlPlease note that, at this stage, your problem has nothing to do anymore with xmlhttprequest or cross-domain scripting.
You just want HTTP requests like http://MyPC.aabbcc.com/RemoteServerTest/RemoteServer.asp...to be "reverse-proxy-ed" by server1 "mypc.aabbcc.com", to server2 "servername.xxyyzz.com".
