set_serv_tokens logic

Hi Guys,
  There is a specific method in server/core.c that has "set_serv_tokens" method. I am not sure from where in the code this will be called. This has the logic to control what needs to be appended on the error messages. Any one has a clue on who controls the calls to this? I see that there is some special Macro "AP_INIT_TAKE1" that has some configuration attached to this. Any one knows what it is?

Any help will be appreciated.
