URL Encoding

Hi,

I want "/projects/https%3A%2F%2Fwiki.miles.no%2Fdisplay%2FMPL" not to
be decoded by Apache

I get the following error:

"The requested URL /projects/https://wiki.miles.no/display/MPL was not
found on this server"

As you can see, Apache has decoded the URL

I use ProxyPass(Reverse) for /projects

So, is it possible to turn off URL decoding on Apache?

Thanks,
Erling
