Configuration, failing URL, and error log would be a better start.

I'm sorry, here come the config and Logs:

URI:
http://www.silvio-siefke.de

CGI:
http://www.silvio-siefke.de/cgi-bin/mailer/mailer.cgi

httpd.conf
http://www.silvio-siefke.de/trading/httpd.html

extra/httpd-default.conf
http://www.silvio-siefke.de/trading/httpd-default.html

access_log
http://www.silvio-siefke.de/trading/access.html

error_log
http://www.silvio-siefke.de/trading/error.html

The Apache ignored the entries in the default. The Include command is available in the httpd.conf. In the log are no entries in the log suexec is not recorded. The rights are similar.

Thanks for help.

Greetings
Silvio
