Installing apache (replacing lighttpd)

Dear group.
I'm in the process to replace lighttpd with apache.
The system is a network hard-disk WD Mybook World.

As standard it lighttpd is installed on the drive, but since I am going to
run TRAC/SVN on it, i guess that I need apache.
Due to the limited resources in the drive, I think that running both
lighttpd and apache is to much.
So in theory, is it only to copy the contents from lighttpd www.dir to
apache www-folder.
All files in the lighttpd www-folders consists of various .pl files (no
html).
Or am I completly out on thin ice?

With best regards
