How to secure AuthLDAPBindPassword ?

Hi all,

In order to protect AuthLDAPBindPassword password

how is the best way I can protect AuthLDAPBindPassword:

is it posible reading the password form an operating system env
variable, can it be configured from an environment variable set at
startup

if not, does it make any sense to keep this part of the configuration
as a separate file and changing the permission just on apache start up
would it work

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

Regards
Ivan
