I am getting this error and donno the cause:

/cacti/index.html denied
in httpd.conf:
Alias /cacti "/home/cactiuser"
<Directory "/home/cactiuser">
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes MultiViews
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
