I'd like to use full bandwidth for access to files on server.
But it seems that video streaming and download from server (using http://) is slow and speed goes up and down. Sometimes when i download some files from internet I can see that I reach my max bandwidth at home, and the bandwidth speed is fixed(max download speed). Is it possible to conf apache (or maybe some kind of proxy) so I can give users max upload speed?

Regards,
Hans
