Apache Serving Files Windows Share w/ Alias - Issues?
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
Does anyone know if Apache 2.0.52 on Windows will have any issue serving files files from a Windows share using aliases?
Specifically, will Apache ecounter issues with locking if that share is shared among multiple machines in a load balanced configuration?
Our setup would be something like the following:
2 Load Balanced Web Machines - Apache 2.0.52 in Windows
1 Windows "File Server" with a drive mapped on the web machines
Apache configured with an alias to send requests for /files/ to the share and the appropriate .conf <directory> settings etc.
Anyone have any advice? Words of wisdom?
