Large files

Is it possible to transfer files larger than 2^32 bytes long using  
Apache on a 32 bit system? If I have a file greater than that length  
of legnth A apache indicates that it's going to send [ A (mod 2^32) ]  
bytes. My file is in excess of 7*2^32 bytes long.
