I finally solved this problem. Now Apache version shows
the same version which is returned by 'httpd -v'.

/var/log/httpd/error_log shows:

[Wed Sep 26 22:10:38 2007] [notice] Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_auth_kerb/5.3 mod_mono/1.2.1 PHP/5.2.2 mod_python/3.3.1 Python/2.5 mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.8 configured -- resuming normal operations

there is no Apache/2.2.0 (Fedora) above.

I deleted httpd-2.2.6,php,php-pear*, ..etc. using # yum remove httpd ,...

Then, installed httpd-2.2.6, php-5.2.2,.... using # yum install httpd ,...

One strange thing was I updated php-5.2.2 to php-5.2.4 by 'yum update',
but now there are no php-5.2.4-?.rpm, php-pear-5.2.4-?.rpm packages
in fedora7 update repos. Strange f7!!!
