Downloading a file that is around 110MB large. After the server has sent 1792344 bytes, the last packet from the server has the flags FIN ACK and PUSH set. This obviously terminates the transmission. Just some thoughts, the file is served from a php-script, could it be possible that the script, one way or another fails to read the whole file from disk, so apache doesn't see the whole file?
