You may find a lack of responses to your question. Firstly, you will want to post in plain text format _only_. Secondly you should include the exact error message and not your interpretation of it (along with anything that appears in the error log). My suspicion is that you have the incorrect ServerName directive. The clue is in the name - 'Name'. Your config snippet has 'ServerName IP'. You should not specify the IP address here. Please refer to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#servername for the documentation for the ServerName directive.
