It appears to be supported in 2.0 but isn't documented in that branch. See: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=43183
Is this likely to fix the problem anyhow? I mean, does send-chunks change the way mod_proxy reads the incoming entity body? Because my problem seems to be associated with reading, not sending...
