I believe you are confusing Apache (SW server) with the machine itself (HW server), and went looking for file permissions on the UNIX file system. That is not the issue. The access is, apparently, being denied by Apache, thus the advise and the link. Directories have permissions, within Apache, that you set with ALLOW/DENY directives inside the config file Luis
