unable to set groups for User www and Group 80 post 2

Hello all i am using apache version 2.2.4 and freebsd 6.2 stable just wondering if anyone knows what would create this error? was fine until i used webmin to create a new virtual server now i always get this error in the httpd_error logs.  When i remove the domain from webmin apache begins to work again very strange what could this be??
