The problem is some people close it off right away saying misconfig or works for them without really doing squat, when it is in fact a bug, my ticket was closed by NK effectivly saying it works for him, when it doesnt on stable, despite the Docs also being wrong, I had to email one of the devlopers privately to get action, it was then fixed within hours, that developer and I did several live tests, I did so on live servers to confirm the resolution, so re-open the bug and hope someone else grabs it.
