RFTM stands for "Read The Friendly Manuals"
Some people say that "F" stands for something else, but that's just rumors...

Either you have port 80 occupied with something else, like other application already listening there, or you have a conflicting LISTEN directive.

I'm using windows xp, downloaded Apache 2.2.4 win32 installer. I have no idea
whats RTFM lol
when i click: start->all programs->apache http sever 2.2.4->start  
it says: 
"is normally permitted. :make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs"
