Check:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_cache.html

In the documentation it says:

"Content with access protection is not cached."

what exactly falls under that category?
What if I don't want to cache anything that's behind/under https,
but I do want to cache the rest ?

Also, how does this relate to, for example, eaccellerator's php cache?
Do they interfere? I reckon they will, at least partly.

Thanks.
