Odd Problems

Ok we run a few apache servers and we are having a odd problem out of one of
the servers. It will kill apache and when you go to restart it will fail
well, the only way to fix this is to do ulimit -n 600000 and then start
aapche it will run for a while then boom do it again. Now tonight I
installed monit and finally got a error out of the server.

Total mem amount of 518600kb matches resource limit [total mem ammount >
512001 KB] 

Now this server has a lot of power ill cat some things for yall.
