Can you get a backtrace from the crash?  Get a coredump and
run gdb on it (if that's gobbledygook to you, then never mind).

Apart from that, I'd be interested to see a page that causes it,
together with your proxy_html config.

I'm sure there's a segfaulting bug there (yours isn't the first
report of it), but I've been unable to reproduce it either on
my own or my clients' server.  I
