Just downloaded the latest version of apache 2.0 and found the file mentioned. It's called log_server_status.in, but it's not very useful after all. It only logs some very basic data to a log file.

The threaded virtual host by virtual host output remains to be done. I'll try to figure this out with a perl or shell script and will post back here when I'm done.

If anybody has done this before, please let me know before this particular wheel is reinvented over again ;-)
