So the browser is failing to execute the _javascript_. In general, the
server could influence this in only two ways that I can imagine: 1) an
included _javascript_ file doesn't exist in the correct place on the
server or is otherwise failing to be delivered -- check your apache
error log; or 2) the mime-type on an included _javascript_ file isn't
set correctly -- see the AddType directive.
As general advice:
1) This isn't a good place to get help with primarily client-side
technologies like _javascript_. You should look for a more appropriate
forum.
2) Having a login form that doesn't work at all with _javascript_
disabled is probably a bad idea.
