If I may make several assumptions that you didn't specify:
* you only have 1 WAN IP available
* your router is not capable of handling multiple WAN IPs
* both servers are behind the firewall

I believe mod_proxy will work for you.  See
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/vhosts/examples.html#proxy
