I was having this problem when I found the following article. I'm using a stack of software: Red Hat EL 3 apr-1.2.8 apache 2.2.4 mod_jk 1.2.28 tomcat 5.5 Since I'm not getting any errors, and apache is reporting the correct file size, I don't suspect the module so much as apache, apr, or some other configuration issue that I'm missing.
