What compiler are you using?

I had a hell of a time trying to get Apache compiled
for windows with Visual Studio Express -- I was
experiencing all kinds of weird behavior.

I finally abandoned the Express edition and tried it
with the regular Visual Studio, which resolved all my
problems.
