Subject: Issues installing PHP

I cannot seem to get
PHP to function with Apache server. I have uninstalled it a few times and keep
getting the same issues. When I do a LoadModule, I cannot restart Apache. When I
#(rem) it out, I can, but then no PHP. Any Ideas?
