Hi Steve,

I have had "Allow from all" as below:

<Directory "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/cgi-bin">
    AllowOverride None
Options None
##Options Includes +ExecCGI MultiViews (tried)
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>

Can you show me why I unchecked Read Only in my Windows XP, but after 1 or 2 second it returned Checked Read Only ? What permission should I take in Registry for system, Adm, and owner?

I don't see the "Allow from all" in your version.
