Who provided you with Apache? It appears to be modified and is certainly out-of-date, so you may have better luck contacting your supplier.

This is the most serious error in the log. It likely indicates that your CGI script extranet.pgm is crashing. You'll want to examine this script to see what could be causing it to crash, since this likely has nothing directly to do with apache.
