Birl:  When I take out the META tag from .headers.shtml, no error message.


I was playing around with .headers.html some more.  Seems that Apache
doesnt like
	<meta name=
but will accept
	<meta http-equiv=


so I dont suppose there's a equiv for
	<meta name="robots" content="Follow, NoArchive, Index">
