- 1.3.33 is over a year old - current version is 1.3.37.
- you need mod_ssl (you didn't mention it): for 1.3.33, that's version
2.8.24
- openSSL 0.9.8b is in the future relative to 1.3.33 it's a bit risky to
use it (try to keep versions contemporaneous)
