You can contact users-owner at httpd.apache.org, but that will go to me, so you can contact me off-list if you'd like. If you're planning to ask for a message to be deleted from the archives, then you are most likely wasting your time. We have no policy for that, and it won't help anyway since there are many third-party archives of the list that we don't control.
