Yes, each virtual server has its own servername (otherwise, I could not map several domain name on the same IP)

The trouble was (was, 'cause now I solved it) that if I use the IP address instead of a name, the first virtual host appeared.

The solution is to put a "fake" virtual host as first in the conf file ! An it works

Each virtual host has (or certainly *should* have) a distinct servername.
You get to the virtual hosts by going to http://servername/

If this doesn't work it might be a problem with your browser, but it would
have to be very old to cause such a problem!
