You mind :
	I have to put the following line in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
		AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
?

after this, I stop and start the server (httpd -k stop ; ...start)
And I get exactly the same result.

See the AddDefaultCharset directive.
