Maybe I 'm express clear
I want to reach ~user1/public_html/index.html by visit http://localhost:80/~user1

however, with my configuration, I got the wrong information :

not found
The requested URL /~user1/ was not found on this server.
---------------------


I installed httpd server in /usr/local/http
the log information told me that
the server always looks for http://localhost:80/~user1/ at the place of
/usr/local/http/htdocs/~user1/

instead of  ~usr1/public_html/index.html
am I clearly?
