Hello !

I've installed 2.2.2 on Windows XP and then, I'm trying to put it to work with FastCGI. Http server is OK but all I need is FastCGI.

Then, I've downloaded http://www.fastcgi.com/dist/mod_fastcgi-2.4.2-AP20.dll as

Oh my. It seems no matter how many times we say it, people keep ignoring
that APACHE 2.2 WON'T RUN MODULES COMPILED FOR APACHE 2.0.

(The -AP20 is that filename sure looks like a dead giveaway that this is what
you have done to yourself.)

We would provide a more intelligent message if we could read the module's
signature. Unfortunately, loading the module to get at the module's sig
causes the module to bind to symbols in apache and apr.dll that no longer
exist in Apache 2.2, so we can't actually help you there. It's a chicken
and egg puzzle.
