In fact, the other computers can do not find the folder /kmt doing http://my-ip-address/kmt

no firewall or router or proxyrules exist.
my pc is accessible to everybody.

It's not clear from what you say that this is an apache problem, but if
it were it would probably be a deny statement somewhere in your
configuration. It's worth going over all the denies in your config
files to make sure you understand what they're doing.

Non-apache possibilities would include a misconfigured router or
firewall, or something in the OS like a software firewall or tcp_wrappers.

If you want more information, please include more information (detailed
error messages, etc.) as to what you mean by "it does not work".
