This is correct. You are doing port-based virtual hosting.

This error has nothing to do with the VH layout - it's simply saying that you don't have a default document in the DocRoot directory (eg, index.html) and so apache is trying to make a directory listing instead - BUT - you have "Options -Indexes" somewhere which is disallowing this. To fix it:

- put in a default document (eg, index.html) or define it with IndexDocument (see docs for details), or
- remove/edit the Options line to allow directory listing
