  Can I have more of a hint, please? I didn't see that in the FAQs on the
Apache site (both the minimalist 2.0 FAQ and the older 1.3 FAQ).

  Also, a Google for "vhost goes away" on the Apache site only yields one
relevant result - http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/vhosts/name-based.html,
which is related to name-based virtual hosts, not the IP-based ones I'm
using.
