So you can print it? Unless you want a zillion unrelated pages, you'd need a major editing effort to produce a table of contents and index. If you want to read it on a computer, HTML is better. If you want a hard-copy, buy the O'Reilly book. - The proper way to produce HTML and PDF documentation is to write the docs in word processor (eg, FrameMaker, OpenOffice, Word) and then produce two output versions - HTML and PDF. This ain't the way apache docs are set up.
